SASHA ALEX MORGAN - pilates, yoga, meditation
Movement has always been a sanctuary and major creative outlet for Sasha and her greatest joy is to share this experience with others. She trained professionally as a dancer in London and has since completed 550+ hours of Yoga trainings as well as trained in STOTT Pilates, Fitness and Barre. Over the last 7 years, Sasha has taught in a variety of studios and at events in London and internationally. She is the founder of online wellness platform of 5 years, Sasha Alex Studio, and regularly works with a variety of esteemed brands in the wellness industry. PRICING AND ROOM OPTIONS
We will be staying in beautifully renovated farmhouses set in the rolling hills of Arrezzo, Tuscany. All of the interiors have a rustic, bohemian charm and we have a variety of double and king shared and private rooms, ideal for a deep night’s sleep in the peaceful countryside.
