YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Movement has always been a sanctuary and major creative outlet for me. Throughout rigorous dance training in London, I found comfort in practices that were dedicated to how movement feels on the inside over how it looks on the outside. My love for mindful movement only grew and following graduation I completed a variety of Yoga, Fitness, Pilates and Barre trainings (see below).
Over the last 7 years, I have been lucky enough to teach in a variety of studios, at events across London for brands such as Longchamp, Whoop, Kate Spade and Detox Kitchen, as well as abroad on various retreats, including SA Studio Retreats.
It is my hope that through Sasha Alex Studio, I will be able to inspire you to develop a movement practice of your own that makes you feel at home in your body and shows you that you’re worthy of your own love, nourishment and commitment every single day.
CERTIFICATIONS: 300hr Vinyasa YTT (Yoga Union 2023), Advanced Pilates Matwork (STOTT 2023), Prenatal Pilates (STOTT 2021), Intensive Mat Pilates (STOTT 2020), 50hr Yin, Restorative and Mindfulness YTT (YogiYoga 2020), Barre (Virgin Active 2019), Level 2 Fitness (Premier Global 2019), 200hr Vinyasa YTT, (Anahata Yoga Shala 2018), BA (Hons) in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre (Urdang Academy 2018).
